The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial embroidery digitizing experience in a production or contract embroidery environment
• Proficiency in embroidery digitizing software, preferably Wilcom
• Strong knowledge of stitch types (satin, fill, run), underlay techniques, and fabric stabilization
• Experience with cap digitizing and 3D puff embroidery
• Ability to read and interpret customer artwork files (AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG) and convert them into production-ready embroidery files
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW
• Strong attention to detail and quality control in embroidery production
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines

Your Daily Tasks

• Convert vector and raster artwork into embroidery-ready digitized files
• Determine proper stitch types, densities, underlay, pull compensation, and sequencing
• Optimize files for various garment types including caps, polos, jackets, bags, and specialty items
• Prepare and test sew-out samples when necessary
• Edit and adjust existing embroidery files as needed
• Communicate artwork limitations and production concerns to management
• Ensure production efficiency by minimizing thread trims, color changes, and machine downtime
• Troubleshoot stitch quality issues and recommend improvements
• Follow production timelines and meet daily artwork deadlines
